To keep all floofs safe, we request updated vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella. We also require flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention.
Yes! We work around your schedule, and we’re conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport.
Walks are included with Boarding and Daycare. At this time, we don’t offer standalone dogwalking services.
If your pup ever needs medical attention, we take them immediately to one of the nearby 24hour emergency vets. Once they’re safe with professionals, we contact you right away. For nonmedical concerns, we reach out to you first so you’re always part of the decisionmaking. Your pup’s safety and comfort are always our top priority.
Because we host only two VIPaws per day, lastminute changes are tough to accommodate. But with at least one week’s notice, there’s no cancellation fee at all.
Just the essentials — their leash and collar/harness, their food (with measuring cup or preportioned meals), any medications, and their favorite bed/blankets or comfort items. Toys and treats are optional. We provide everything else, from snuggles to snoozespots, plus a calm environment where only 1–2 pups stay at a time, ensuring your dog gets truly personalized attention.

If you would like to meet our resident duo, we will schedule a friendly meetandgreet at a nearby park. A neutral space helps everyone feel relaxed and keeps the introduction smooth and nonterritorial.
